Join Lama Tara, Katie & Namka, delve into how the practice of the Apramanas both flows from and feeds into our Heart Wish
Saturday 9th - Satrurday 16th March.
We have the joy of Katie joining Lama Tara to teach in person at The Hermitage plus Namka (who will join online) for a week of exploring the Discovering the Heart of Buddhism theme of Heart Wish, looking in particular at the practice of The Apramanas (limitless love, compassion, joy and equanimity).
Each morning one of the teachers will offer a short talk touching on an aspect of the theme of Heart Wish. There will be ample time for reflection and meditation during the rest of the morning.
The afternoon sessions will be an invitation to see how the practice of the Apramanas both flows from and feeds into our exploration of Heart Wish.
